At Ion8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your leak-proof hydration gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your unused Ion8 bottles and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
